 Louiza Constantino is natloans’ Customer Retention and Marketing Assistant. Louiza is probably the person you hear from when your loan is settled and natloans want to know if you were satisfied with our service. Louiza is a popular member of the natloans team. She always brings a smile to the faces of the natloans staff. She is clever, efficient and doesn’t take herself too seriously!
Louiza, tell us what you like the most about your role at natloans?
"I enjoy hearing feedback from clients in order to improve our service and working together with the natloans team to make everyones experience with natloans a pleasant one".
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing?
"I enjoy meeting new people and travelling! I love spending time with friends and family and I must admit regular shopping sprees are of high priority too!!".
What bit of advice do you have for customers applying for finance?
"Be honest with your consultant, If you do have defaults it will only be time consuming hiding it. We will eventually find out."
