natloans Team Member Profile – February
Jane Hong joined natloans in 2010 as Accounts and Administration Manager. Apart from being very good with numbers, Jane is extremely thorough and neat, putting all of us to shame! Everything has a place and everything has a label at Jane’s workstation.
Jane never says no to her team members and customer. She is always willing to lend a helping hand, even if its not an area of expertise which makes her a popular team member.
Jane took a moment in her day to talk to us about her role at natloans.
What is a typical day at work for you at natloans?
"At natloans, I am involved with purchasing, accounts payable and accounts receivable. I ensure that our monthly and quarterly IAS are met as well as liaising with our tax agent. Other duties include answering phone calls, being involved in team meetings".
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing?
"My family are the most important aspect of my life. I have three young girls who keeps me busy at all times. Other times i like to spend as much as time as possible with my father who is in a place of care. Also i enjoy playing piano, reading true crime stories, or even catching up with friends and having chit chats over a cafe latte!".
What suggestion do you make to our clients applying for finance?
"Applying for finance can be daunting and time consuming. You want to make sure that you are getting the best deal that is suited to you. Don't get trapped into thinking the dealers have the best finance for you. Shop around!".
