1. The promoter is National Loan Solutions Pty Ltd, Level 1, 3 Chesterville Road, Cheltenham 3192 (head office).
2. Information on how to redeem the promotional offer form part of these terms and conditions. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions.
3. Rewards are not redeemable for cash and the right to receive a reward is not transferable.
4. Rewards are issued at Promoter’s discretion, subject to clause 9 below.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost cards.
6. The Promoter reserves the right at any time during or after the promotional period, to verify the validity of the Card and, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify any person that tampers with the promotional process.
7. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. The Promoter’s decision is final.
8. Cards are issued at the discretion of National Loan Solutions and must be current at the time of redeeming rewards.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to vary or cancel this promotion at any time, and will not be liable for any losses as a result.
