MFAA membership

ASIC is the national regulator for consumer credit and finance brokering. Borrowers are constantly seeking qualified and ethical brokers to source personalised finance solutions. So COSL provides an independent External Dispute Resolution Service that borrowers can use if their broker is a COSL member. Natloans is just such a member. We do offer a comprehensive dispute resolution process of our own. But our clients appreciate having the COSL alternative in the unlikely event that a dispute occurs and we are unable reach a resolution between us. The COSL dispute resolution service is free and straightforward.
