Just wanted to say a BIG THANKS for all of your help and maintenance over the past week while we have been getting the finance sorted for my new car. Last week started terribly with me writing off my car, then having had some credit issues long ago in the past that were still causing issues all hopes for a new loan were very low.
However you bought me fantastic news when you said I had been approved for a car loan and even better its at a reasonably good interest rate (in fact most places that said they would knock me back based on my credit history as I had explained it had higher rates)
The whole loan process was simple because it was so well explained. Michelle you are an extremely enthusiastic person and made me feel truly special as a customer. Fantastic customer service – even when things went slightly wrong with the contracts mean I will be recommending National Loan Solutions to anyone who will listen.
The best new – my new car is AWESOME. From the minute the turbo first spooled up I have the biggest stupidest grin on my face which hasn’t been wiped off since. I love it am truly appreciate of all your hard work throughout this week.
